Open Records / Public Information Requests
Panola College complies with the Texas Public Information Act (Texas Government Code, Chapter 552) and is committed to providing public access to existing college records as required by law. Requests for public information must be submitted in writing using the form provided below. The Texas Public Information Act provides access to existing records maintained by the college but does not require the creation of new documents, the compilation of information in a new format, or responses to general questions.

Response Time
Panola College will respond to public information requests as required by the Texas Public Information Act. Under Texas Government Code Section 552.0031, business days generally include days the college is open for regular business operations, excluding official college closures.
