The Paul Carter Memorial Scholarship was established in 1993 in memory of Paul Carter by his family and friends. Carter was a member of the Panola College Board of Trustees from 1973 until his death in 1993. This scholarship is awarded annually to a deserving student planning to attend Panola College.
