The L. Earl Hagler Memorial Scholarship was endowed by Mr. and Mrs. Earl (Berta) Hagler in 1996. The scholarship is awarded annually to Shelbyville I.S.D. students who have a real and established need for assistance in their education. The scholarship will be used for courses taken at the Shelby College Center.
