Charlie's Bistro is located in the newly renovated Arthur Johnson Gymnasium and features Seattle’s Best Coffee, a part of Starbucks Coffee Company. Seattle’s Best Coffee offers selections like mochas, cappuccinos, lattes, espressos and other cafe quality drinks. Charlie’s also serves breakfast items, fresh salads, gourmet sandwiches and wraps, grilled specialties, and much more. With indoor/outdoor seating, free Wi-Fi, and reserved parking spots, Charlie’s makes it easy to order and is a great value! In a rush? Call ahead and place your order to-go.

Purchase Pony Bucks from the Business Office at Panola College and receive bonus Bucks! Use your bucks like cash to purchase meals, snacks, or drinks. Your Pony Bucks are kept up on an ID card, meaning there is no fumbling with cash or extra cards. Pony Bucks are valid at Charlie’s Bistro and Café Panola.
