You may contact the Panola College Store to purchase textbooks and/or other required materials. Some textbooks are bundled with an ACCESS CODE (and other materials) which is required for access to online resources. Everything required for the course is bundled with textbooks purchased at the Panola College Store. Learners who choose to purchase a textbook from another source that does not include the ACCESS CODE will have the responsibility of purchasing the ACCESS CODE from the publisher. The cost of purchasing the textbook from another source at a reduced price and adding the cost of the ACCESS CODE purchased from the publisher may result in a cost greater than the bundle purchased at the Panola College Store. It is the learner's responsibility to determine which path is more suitable for his or her needs. Prior to the first day of class, review information found on the Distance Learning webpage. Complete the Self-Test and Distance Education Checklist. On the first day of class, please click the WebCT link (left) and log in to WebCT. Log in information is provided on the Panola College WebCT login page. If you have problems logging in to WebCT, contact the WebCT Administrator at 903 693 2024 or the Office of Distance Education at 903 693 2004. Unless otherwise noted in the course materials, exams are proctored. Panola College learners will test at the Panola College Testing Center in Carthage, Texas. VCT learners will test at the host institution. Test due dates are indicated in the course SCHEDULE. Learners should review the dates and make arrangements to complete exams ON or PRIOR TO the due dates. Visit my home page again--new information may be posted in the yellow marquee above. After you log in to WebCT, follow instructions on the course HOME PAGE. Review the SYLLABUS and the SCHEDULE for your course(s). Post questions on the DISCUSSION BOARD.
