for a State Approved Placement Test (Accuplacer) | |

| Where to register | Examinees must
register at Panola College, Student Success Center, 1109 West Panola,
Carthage, Texas. You may

| Identification | Two forms of identification are required:

| Testing Fee | The testing fee is
$30.00 and is non-refundable. * Note: because there is a 14-day check-clearing period for all personal checks, individuals are strongly encouraged to pay by cash, money order or cashier's check. |
| When will the test be administered? | The Placement Test will be administered several times during the year. Call Jeremy Dorman (903-693-2046) or Kathy Pate (903-693-2036) for a reservation to test. |
| What to bring on the testing day! | Valid (unexpired) photo ID (No photo ID, No test!) |
| Special Testing Accommodations | Individuals needing special testing accommodations other than those listed should contact Jeremy Dorman, Advisor/Testing Coordinator at (903) 693-2046. |

| All test fees are test date specific. If you need to cancel your testing or reschedule your testing date, please do so before the test date as other students are waiting for a time. |
