Registration for a State Approved Placement Test
(Accuplacer)
Before registering
  1. Contact the Student Success Center at 903-693-2077.
  2. Have a completed application for admission to the college on file in the Student Success Center.
Where to register Examinees must register at Panola College, Student Success Center, 1109 West Panola, Carthage, Texas.  You may register and test on the same day in most cases.

Placement Tests are also offered at the Marshall College Center and the Shelby Regional Training Center.  For more information, please access the following link: http://www.panola.edu/instruction/dl/testing.htm
Identification Two forms of identification are required: 
  1. One form must be a photo ID (i.e., Driver's License, DPS ID, passport, yearbook photo, or employee badge).
  2. One other form of acceptable ID - preferably a Social Security card.
For more information about other forms of non-photo ID accepted, contact Jeremy Dorman at 903-693-2046.
Testing Fee The testing fee is $30.00 and is non-refundable. *
Note: because there is a 14-day check-clearing period for all personal checks, individuals are strongly encouraged to pay by cash, money order or cashier's check.
When will the test be administered? The Placement Test will be administered several times during the year.   Call Jeremy Dorman (903-693-2046) or Kathy Pate (903-693-2036) for a reservation to test.
What to bring on the testing day! Valid (unexpired) photo ID (No photo ID, No test!)
Special Testing Accommodations Individuals needing special testing accommodations other than those listed should contact Jeremy Dorman, Advisor/Testing Coordinator at (903) 693-2046.

All test fees are test date specific. If you need to cancel your testing or reschedule your testing date, please do so before the test date as other students are waiting for a time.
