KIDS’ COLLEGE 2006
This year Panola College will host Kids’ College 2006 from June 19 through June 23. Kids’ College is an exciting summer enrichment program for children who will be completing Kindergarten through the sixth grade this spring.
This year students will be able to select from courses that include “Creative Crafts,” “Fishing,” “Fun with Computers,” “Scrap booking,” “Tae Kwon Do,” “Gymnastics,” “Passion for Fashion,” and much more. For additional information and a complete list of activities visit the Panola College Work Force and Economic Development Department’s website at www.panola.edu/instprog-workce.htm. Registration forms can also be downloaded from the site.
The curriculum was developed to offer courses for introduction and enhancement rather than for in-depth study and the all-day format is designed to accommodate the needs of working parents. Parents can register students for one week of all-day classes for $115 or one week of half-day classes for $85. For families with multiple students, remember that when one child is registered at the full rate, siblings only cost an additional $85. Each student will also receive a Kids’ College 2006 t-shirt. For more information please contact the Panola College Workforce and Economic Development Department at 903-693-4650.
