CORDELL CERTIFIED AS CLINICAL AROMATHERAPY PRACTITIONER

Dr. Barbara Cordell, Director of Panola College’s Associate Degree Nursing Program, recently became a Nationally Certified Clinical Aromatherapy Practitioner (CCAP) by completing the prestigious year long course “Aromatherapy for Health Professionals” by RJ Buckle Associates.  She is now certified to use essential oils therapeutically in clinical practice. 

In addition, Dr. Cordell also completed the intensive instructor training course last month in Mesa, Arizona.  All instructors have been hand-picked and certified by RJ Buckle Associates. Dr. Buckle offers these courses periodically which are by invitation only and open to top graduate students of RJ Buckle courses.

 

The year long certification course is clinically based and is only open to licensed health professionals including nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, massage therapists, respiratory therapists, dietary therapists, occupational therapists, physician therapists and clinical psychologists.
