Panola choir concerts are noted for their diversity of musical styles. The

an upbeat Spanish piece, a haunting Latin “motet” by French composer
Maurice Durufle, solo selections by Keron Jackson and a spirited piece
about Moses. The accompanist for the Chorale is Elizabeth Morris. The
always entertaining Panola Pipers will perform a lively show entitled
“DanceMania.” The choreographer for the Pipers is Misty Peace.
The choirs have recently completed their 2005 tour which included
performances in the Capitol rotunda, Manor, San Antonio and Longview.
The program will also include a very special presentation to Panola College.
Director Larry Brumley and the Chorale invite everyone to come and enjoy
an evening of beautiful music and lively entertainment.
