CHEAPER BY THE DOZEN AT PANOLA COLLEGE

 

On September 30 and October 1 and 2, the Panola College Theatre Department will present its annual dinner theatre production.

 

This year’s show is “Cheaper by the Dozen” from the book by Frank Gilbreth, Jr. and Ernestine Gilbreth Carey. Performances will begin at 7 p.m. in the Studio Theatre on Panola College’s Carthage campus. 

 

“This is the original story of the efficiency expert and his 12 children,” said Professor Liz Hedges. “It is a wonderful play and the students are excited about the upcoming show and have worked very hard to prepare.”

 

The cast includes: Andy Reynolds as Mr. Gilbreth, Amanda Morris as Mrs. Gilbreth, Jessica Garner as Anne, Krystal Deaton as Ernestine, Chris Wilkins as Frank, Eric Mullins as Bill, Pam Bullock as Martha, Melanie McEwen as Jan, Lisa Hunter as Frances, Amanda Linfield as Lillian, Lyndee Rayls as Jackie, Shawn Woodruff as Mrs. Fitzgerald, Annie Lampkin as Miss Brill, Doug Wargo as Dr. Burton, Jeremy Weaver as Joe Seals, Justin Kutscherousky as Larry and Landy’s Golden Girl McEwen “Goldie” as the family dog. The Director will be Mrs. Liz Hedges. The Student Directors and House Managers are Andrea Alexander and Nikki Gillard. Ray Taylor will be the stage manager.
