PANOLA COLLEGE NJCAA ACADEMIC ALL-AMERICANS 

Recently, three Panola College student athletes were recognized by the National Junior College Athletic Association as Academic All-Americans.  The NJCAA Academic All-Americans are Women’s Basketball Player Shekenia Daniels of Dallas, and Volleyball Players Courtney Lewis of San Antonio and Lyndsay Simpson, Longview Texas.   

To be selected for inclusion in the elite Academic All-American team each student athlete must have at least a 3.60 GPA, completed 45 college hours, and competed in the NJCAA for two years.  The Distinguished Academic All-American team is comprised of student athletes who have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.80 or better.
