NEW! PANOLA COLLEGE OFFERS A MAY-MESTER

Panola College will offer a May-Mester from May 16 through May 28. This "Mini" semester offers students an opportunity to complete traditional and Internet courses in just under 2 weeks instead of the typical 16-week period. Classes will begin on May 16, and will be held from 8:00 a.m. until 12:15 p.m.

Two Internet courses will be offered - the introductory computer course, COSC 1301 – Microcomputer Applications and ITNW 2301 Administering MS Windows NT. Traditional courses to be offered include:

ACADEMIC COURSES

ARTS 1301 – Art Appreciation
ENGL 2323 – British Lit. after 1800
GOVT 2306 – American Government (State)
PHED 1306 – First Aid & Safety
SPCH 1318 – Interpersonal Communications

VOCATIONAL COURSES

POFT 1319 – Records & Information Mgmt.
RNSG 2213 – Mental Health

Only students who have passed all parts of the TASP exam are eligible to enroll. Prior to enrolling, Early Admission students (high school students) must have all documentation completed and on file in the Panola College Admissions Office. Financial Aid is not available for the May-Mester.

Registration will be held on May 7, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and May 8, from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Late registration will be on May 16, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. All registrations will be held on the Carthage Campus in the Admissions Office.
