Enlarge Corey Boutilier winds up for a pitch The Ponies chalked up two wins Wednesday beating Bossier Parish (5-1) and (5-2) making their record (23-6, 5-1). In the first game, Cory Boutilier and Daniel Cloteaux pitched a six hitter against Bossier. Brock LeBlanc and Austin Vaughan had doubles and John Alexander had a single that brought home three runs. In game two, Jeff Stringer, Paul Barton, and Cloteaux all worked the mound for Panola. Brock Vinson and Ryan Westbrook both had doubles and Vaughan was 1-for-3 with two RBI. The Ponies will go on the road to face Paris on Saturday, March 27. |
