This plan suggests that gaining or losing weight has nothing to do with calorie intake. It has everything to do with acid residue in your body that stimulates the accumulation of fat tissue. The first step to this process is to flush out the toxins. The fastest way to lose significant weight is detox your body. This will flush out the toxins that clog your colon and poisin your body. Our bodies are not designed to digest the types of fake foods that are advertised on television. Step number two is to restore your alkaline balance. This means stop eating fake foods (Doritos, Cheerios, etc.) and high protein foods. Foods like this have a higher acidity level than your body. This causes your body to produce fat tissue to "glue" to the acidic molecules to try to get your pH level normal again. The single major cause for disease and obesity is acidic residue, caused by our lack of a proper diet. You can eat as much fruit and vegetables as you want and not worry about the calories because it is about pH balance. Once you start eating more alkalizing diet, the body's need for fat decreases and the weight begins to disappear. Finally, the final step is to exercise to increase your metabolism.
