Enlarge Students smash a ford taurus during the Fall Frolic Faculty and students came out on Wednesday, Oct. 19, for a day of food and fun. On a day of perfect skies and perfect temperature, the PC community was able to relieve themselves from stressful schedules and tests by coming out and enjoying a bite to eat and a few games. BBQ sandwiches were catered by the college cafeteria along with a variety of sides and drinks for participants to enjoy. For the students who have a slight savage persona, a shiny red Ford Taurus was provided for them to relieve a little of the built up stress that may have been lingering since school started. For those who wanted to take out their anger a bit further, a station was set up for students to throw a cream pie in the face of a few faculty members. Electric bathtub racers were available for students to show off their motor skills. The Student Government Association hosted a "Minute to Win It" competition in which students competed for four tickets to the haunted house in Beckville. After ousting every competitor in the three games played, freshman Lydia Sheppard came out on top. The band and the choir also held performances. To top off all of the fun and games, Carter Blood Care was stationed at the event for individuals who wished to donate blood.
