Enlarge Our Constitution We the people! Panola College will celebrate Constitution Day at 11:30 a.m., Friday, Sept. 17 in the Q.M. Martin Auditorium. Dr. John Petset will direct the Chorale in singing "The Star Spangled Banner," followed by Brian Naples, government professor, who will present a brief history of the U.S. Constitution. Mike McGowan will direct the Panola College Band in a patriotic medley of music while theatre students, under the direction of Clay Grizzle, will recite a version of the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution.
