After months of work, the expansion and renovation of the Marshall Mall location is complete. New classrooms, lab equipment and other facilities are in place in time for the beginning of fall classes on Monday, Aug. 23. Laura Wood, director of the Marshall Center, said the changes were made to accommodate the growing numbers of students taking advantage of the convenience of the Harrison County location. Marshall Chamber of Commerce representatives, county officials, and media representatives were on hand Wednesday, Aug. 18, for a ribbon cutting. Administrators, faculty and staff from the Panola College Carthage campus attended the open house event. See more photos of the Ribbon Cutting in the Media Gallery online.
