Need funding but don't qualify for Pell?

Panola College will participate in the Federal Direct Loan Program for all qualified students beginning fall 2010.

Student loans will be a major form of self-help aid available to students with at least half-time enrollment in a degree seeking program (6 credits per semester for undergraduates or a Department of Education approved certificate program).   The new Direct Loan Program is funded directly by the federal government, eliminating the lender and the loan servicer.

To qualify, applicants must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) available at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
