Enlarge Katt Conaway, Jason Hill and Allie Szabo perform in Christmas in Carthage. "Christmas Time is Here." The Panola Pipers spread that message to a full house on Friday and Saturday, Dec. 2-3, during the annual Christmas in Carthage dinner musical. Pipers and other chorale members served the meal and visited with guests before the opening of the show. The program included a choral medley of songs arranged by Mac Huff. First, Allie Szabo and Rudy Johnson were featured vocalists for "Christmas Time is Here." Megan Morrison, Sara Haire and Will Foster were lead singers for "Everyone's a Child at Christmas." Foster and Jason Hill were featured in "The White World of Winter," and Hill paired with Roshunda Wilson for "Home for Christmas." Allie Szabo led the audience and Pipers in a sing-along in "Sing a Christmas Carol." Finally, Rudy Johnson, Megan Morrison and Will Foster were featured on "Christmas Children." Panola Pipers include Kady Armstrong, Carthage; Katt Conaway, Lufkin; Sara Haire, Shreveport; Kathleen Hill, Carthage; Megan Morrison, Jacksonville; Haley Patterson, Carthage; Allie Szabo, Jacksonville; Roshunda Wilson, Jefferson; Rudy Johnson, Marshall; Will Foster, Gladewater; Jason Hill, Carthage, and Kenneth Jones, Nacogdoches. The Panola Pipers are directed by Sandra Bauer, director of Choral Activities at Panola College. Shawn Simonson operated the lights and sound for the performance.
