Interlibrary Loan Request Form

This form is to be used by Panola College library patrons to request that items be obtained via interlibrary loan.
Please be aware of the following Restrictions:

User must have a valid student ID or local patron library card.
User may only submit 3 requests at a time.
User assumes sole responsibility of any copyright clearance fees that may be incurred for article requests.
User will check the online catalog to be sure the book or periodical is not owned by the Panola College library before submitting the request.
A $1.00 fee will be charged for each item that is requested and not retrieved by requesting patron.
User will be denied a request if it violates copyright law.*
