PANOLA COLLEGE TO HOST HEALTH FAIR 

On April 6, the Panola College Associate Degree Nursing program will host its annual Health Fair from 7:30 a.m. to noon in the Arthur Johnson Gymnasium. 

 

ADN students will be checking visitor’s blood pressure, weight, and glucose free of charge. Numerous vendors from around the area will also be in attendance, providing information about numerous medical topics. 

 

Vendors tentatively scheduled to be in attendance include: Stewart Regional Registry for Marrow Donors, Bobby’s Health Food, Dr. Golden’s Office, Hill Chiropractor, Panola Care and Rehab, Carthage Police, Carthage Fire Dept., Lincare, ETMC Cardiac Rehab, ETMC Ambulance, ETMC Lab/Cholesterol Check, ETMC Rural Health Clinic, Texas Dept. of Health, Special Health Resource, Crisis Center of Carthage, Hospice of Longview, WIC, Bethany Home Health, At Home Health, Dr. Craig McCoy, The Training Room, Stewart Regional Blood Center, Grogan Dental Group, Carthage Fitness Center, Dr. Brooks Chiropractor, National Home Care Services, Self Defense America, Sam’s, The Vein Center, Melissa Ogden Massage Therapy, Council on Drug and Alcohol Abuse, American Diabetes Assoc., ARBON, Panola College Nursing Programs, Panola College OTA, LVN Carthage and Center, TNSA. 

 

Representatives from the ETMC will be drawing blood 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. for cholesterol checks. There will be a nominal fee charged for each blood test. If you plan to have blood drawn please do not eat breakfast that morning. For additional information please call 903-694-4000.
