How to Print to the Canon Copiers
1. Start Internet Explorer.
2. Type “installmyprinter” (without the quotes) in the address bar and press the “Enter” key (do not type www or com or http). You may see a security warning dialog box or a “client applet installer” box or something similar. If so, click install or yes or ok.
3. You should see the Canon printer installation web page. Look in the “Share Name” column for a printer in your area that does NOT include the word “FAX”. Click the “Install” button for that printer.
4. You should see “Printer installing, please wait…” on the screen above the list of printers. When it has finished installing, you will see a box similar to the one below that says the printer’s installed. Click the OK button in that box.

5. You’re ready to print to the copier. Now, when you print, click on File, then click on Print (i.e. do not print from the toolbar). You will need to select the appropriate Canon copier from the Printer Name drop-down list box. Then, click OK.

6. After you click OK in the Print dialog box, the copier will display the “Confirm ID/Password” dialog box. Type in your copier ID (you probably don’t have a password) and click OK. Your document should now print on the copier.
