(1) to aid Panola College in accomplishing its mission of providing excellence in education by supporting institutional planning and decision making;

(2) to work in conjunction with the Department of Institutional Effectiveness towards the continuous improvement of Panola College;

(3) to aid Panola College in satisfying accrediting requirements for SACS and other accrediting agencies; and

(4) to comply with state and federal reporting mandates.
