RESPONSIBILITIES:
|
Work on-floor
coaching; assist with recruiting/scouting; supervise tutorial
and academic progress of athletes. Assist in basketball camps,
fund raising projects; supervise weight training and
conditioning programs. Provide a high quality of moral and
ethical leadership. If living in the residence hall, be
responsible to supervise and monitor the student athletes in
the residence hall.

QUALIFICATIONS:
|
Bachelor’s
degree required; experience at the college level in coaching
and recruiting women’s basketball preferred; a basic
knowledge of weight and conditioning programs; a demonstrated
high moral and ethical behavior in and out of athletics;
desire to assist with and maintaining a high quality
basketball program.
**This
position is subject to the successful completion of a criminal
background check.**

COMPENSATION
AND BENEFITS:
|
$11,000 over a
10-month contract. Group Health and Life Insurance, Educational
Retirement, Social Security, Optional – Disability, Additional
Life, AD&D, and Dental Insurance. 90-day waiting period
on health coverage.
