LVN LabThe mission of the Panola College Vocational Nursing Program is to prepare competent, vocational nurses that are knowledgeable, safe and demonstrate a positive and caring attitude.  Graduates should be able to care for individual clients across the lifespan within a standard legal/ethical framework.

The Vocational Nursing Program is committed to the preparation of individuals who will assume the role of vocational nurse and collaborate with the registered professional nurse and other health care professionals in the delivery of quality health care. The Program is approved by the Texas Board of Nursing.

The VN Program offers two extension locations:

  • the Carthage program beginning in June (March 19th deadline)
  • the Center program beginning in January (October 15th deadline).
