Topping Out Charles C. Matthews Student Center and December Construction Photos
In building construction, topping out is a builders' rite to place a tree or flag on top of the building. Traditionally it is held when the last beam is placed on a structure during its erection.
Panola College's Charles C. Matthews Student Center was topped out with a lit Christmas tree on Wednesday, December 10, 2014.
